Monash University, Clayton

On the way back from Phillip Island to MEL we did a short stop at Monash University at Clayton. According to wikipedia - the university was named after the prominent Australian general Sir John Monash. This was the first university in Australia to be named after a person, rather than a city, region or state (source - wiki). Monash Uni was founded in 1958.
