The Osaka Prefectural Government Sakishima Building has an observatory deck built specifically to enjoy the night view. So it's definitely a spot to visit. First we ride the see-through elevator, an experience that makes you feel as though you're gradually heading towards the sky to the 52nd floor. There we ride a 42meter escalator to the 53rd floor, which is an observatory floor that has a 360 degree view of Osaka.
The huge panorama allows us to see as far as Kobe. So this place will definitely give us some of the best memories of trip to Japan. This is a perfect spot for seeing the view but it's surprisingly little-known so it isn't crowded on weekdays.
