Raeapteek, or Town Hall Pharmacy, is a historic pharmacy in Tallinn. Known for being the oldest continuosly operating pharmacy in Europe. It is also the oldest commercial company in Tallinn.  

First mentioned in 1422, it still functions as a modern pharmacy and also houses a museum with historical medicinal artifacts and displays of its long history.
